Just over the last couple of days I no longer have the option of a pushback vehicle at any airport. Just wondering whether anyone else has this issue. Maybe I’ve deleted an important file in my Community file. I don’t think I have, but who knows? Any suggestion as to how to get it back would be greatly appreciated. And a quick shout out to all you helpful people out there. We’ve had a few teething problems but this sim is getting better by the day. I fly the A32nx and have been happily flying for the past 2 weeks without issue. Merry Christmas to you all and have a safe 2021.

I presume you mean the ATC menu does not include the pushback option, or do you mean the tug isn’t visible, or Shift-P doesn’t work?
There is nothing you could have deleted from the community folder that effects the pushback.
It could be something you added to it though.
Is the Shift-P command still working to get pushback?
I can confirm that I have had a couple of instances where I request a pushback and ATC replies with “pushback service is not available at this time”. Does not happen often, but it happens.
It depends on the gate/parking spot you are at.
shift p works, there is never a pushback vehicle present.

i know thats the case normally, but i dont get pushback vehicle at any gate.

Airport traffic slider set to min ???
Wherever I land and taxi to a GA parking area, there are an excessive number of Tug Drivers, just loitering around … no wonder the landing Fees are so high !!!
will check that out. thanks for the suggestion. 
Also, as far as I know, if you spawn in a GA spot with an airliner,
there is no tug when you use shift p.
nah, i can even be in LHR and no tug

Do you have any addons (especially ground handling related) in your Community folder?
yes. some handling liveries. dnata i think
Take them out and give it a try.

A BIG thank you to everyone who responded. Problem solved - I think I had both a DNATA ground handling file and a DNATA & Menzies ground handling file and they were causing the issue. All good now. And again, a BIG thank you to you all. Have a happy Christmas and a great 2021.
