I have had problems with the pushback cart for a few days. Namely, it is not available. I haven’t installed any addons or anything else. Do I have to delete something?

You can always use shift P for a direct push back.
Not all airports have pushback carts available and some airports that do have them , they are not avail at all ramps or gates. As said, use shift P to push straight back, in these cases.
