To zip and move files no, to install the sim, yes for sure, Iāve seen longer than that.

i have uninstalled the whole sim and reinstalled it and the same thing has happened and it has no mods

Wow, that was not as successful as I had hoped.
The good thing is you have eliminated one of a conflictās sources.
I wonder if this could be coming from a Marketplace addon.
Do you have any of those?
If so, try uninstalling those as well.
If that is unsuccessful, you could submit a support request to PMDG.
They will ask you if you have removed all your mods, which will include your community folder addons, and all marketplace addons as well.
So this has been a necessary step.

I read that version three is coming, I donāt think itās been issued yet.
Iāve got version two, and itās not showing any update available.
Any luck with the issue?
because i just downloaded 3.0.135 and redownloaded it so hopefully works to be fair it looks so much better
