No Sound in MSFS

I suddenly have no more sounds in MSFS. No sounds in the startup videos, no sounds in the menu, no sounds during a flight. No other apps have this problem. MSFS doesn’t even show in the Windows volume mixer, i.e. MSFS doesn’t seem to generate any sound outputs.

Any ideas?

In General Options, are the correct sound devices shown?
How about headphone simulation in there as well, is it off?

Thank you! It got fixed when I reset the Windows volume mixer to default settings.
