something odd is going on with your setup.
have you cleaned rolling cache? always do after an update, i hope its that.
scrivo in italiano siccome suppongo lo siate…anzi sarete bolognesi come me… io ho scaricato il fix, l ho rinominato,nel senso ho cancellato fix …bologna.zip.pln…ma la muraglia c’è ancora…per usare le mod bisogna attivare qualcosa ?

I can confirm the bug, it’s still there after the last update (sim III update).
The bug has emerged with world III update (UK and Ireland), was not there before. @wcoesel: are you sure you have the last version and no community packages?
For the devs (if they read): that huge wall should be (actually is IRL) a porch just a few meters high, following the profile of the hill from the church at the top down to its base: it’s known to be the longest porch in the world. Please Asobo fix it.
