That happened to me more than once I quit to desktop, unplugged the link cable it was very temperamental in the end the same as what fixed the problem if you’ve tried everything its so frustrating. I ended up taking the headset back in the menus inside the game my hand tracking was very lagie, couldn’t escape to options. 3 days I lasted with major problems.
