Wasnt 1 set way to get it working, i tried different things.
Unplugged cable from computer, headset, switched headset of, restarted sim, reset computer all sorts im sure you’ve done all those.
Was a waste of money in my experience loads of problems the final straw came not being able to escape out of the sim to home screen for the millionth time in 3 days , cable would give connection error on occasions but I put that down to having a usb c adapter connected now its gone ive had my money back and am stuck with the official cable to sell. Its a g2 for me in the near future.
