No vfr redline, autopilot doesn't work

Which aircraft are you experiencing this issue in?

Boeing 747

Brief description of the issue:

Red line on the VFR map is gone, Auto pilot in the cockpit does not work. Doesn’t even follow flight path at all you turn it on and you still go straight and it’s still misaligned with the distance numbers ahead.

Do not currently have any might add some later.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Get in the 747 and fly the thing make sure your camera is in the cockpit you will see it.

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

Not sure how my posting landed in a Beta section, but it is not the Beta. it’s the latest update that was just released.

These forms are too complicated for my old butt.

Isn’t this this simply because after the enhancements you actually need to program the FMC and follow some procedures to get the autopilot working in VNAV/LNAV modes?

I have no idea…there is no manual. I thought that with easy mode, which I use, handled all of that.

Are you having the same issue as me?? Stuck on VOR1 and won’t switch back to GPS(magenta)
