Hi. I recently started my charter company. I bought the citrus jet and have all the certifications and specifications unlocked, but there are no VIP missions available in the map. Just normal charter private missions that pay quite less.
Am I missing something?

Vision Jet is only compatible with Charter - Private, not Charter - VIP.
My understanding is that having a Vision Jet for a VIP Charter would be like getting a Kia Rio when you booked an Uber Black.
You need a plane to supoort those types of missions, my favourite is the PC-24. But i believe you can also use the Citation and PC-12.
Correct - currently, the default aircraft which support Charter - VIP are:

Thank you all for your answers. I didn’t know the vision jet wasn’t suitable for VIP travels. It looks like a high end jet. Where can I find that information?
Best bet is to go into the Specializations menu from the Headquarters page of Career mode - each Specialization will list out the aircraft which are compatible with it. There will be separate Charter - Private and Charter - VIP Specializations listed, with the aircraft listed that I provided above (plus any third party addons you may have which are compatible with a given Specialization).
Oh, my bad! I didn’t realise those were the only airplanes supported for each specialisation
