So i wanted to buy and download new ATR. Clicking on “buy and download” turns button into “purchasing ( i think)” and after that nothing. Aswell clicking mouse no matter where does nothing, but bringing mouse pointer over any clicking spot is recognized by highlighting that spot. So only way out is escape and arrow+enter.
