Hi am very new to this, but hope I can get some help, we have Xbox series S, and purchased the Qatar World Cup 777 aircraft, we have been charged, and in the content it says INSTALLED & OWNED… but we just can’t seem to find this purchased plane in our aircraft selection…… any help would be great please
