Not able to read community folder after reinstall

I recently reinstalled FS and redownloaded all the content. My community folder is located on my dedicated SSD according to the DEV info inside FS. I moved my old folder here and I’m not getting any liveries or airplanes to show up in FS. How can I force FS to read this folder?

I confirmed that the folder is in the right place but FS was just not reading anything.

Because this was a re-installation, I copied my old community folder to the new location.

The issue was that whatever security permissions in windows applied to the folder and files were copied over as well and this made it unreadable.

So I ended up just deleting the community folder and extracting all my downloaded content again and it works fine. Now I’m back to square one.
