Not all offline AI aircraft appear according tot flightplans

I use the to-the-point templates for the msfs team regarding the issue:

Brief description of the issue:

My offline AI Traffic is set at 100%. I have a PC which can easily process all of the graphics. However I noticed not 1 airport is producing 100% of the AI Aircraft which are suppose to be there at that time.
If it is 60%, it would be al lot.
But my settings request 100%, so why not all of the aircraft at that time?

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Under General Options > Traffic > Aviation Traffic and AI and Multiplayer Detail
Set totAI Offline
Set to 100%

So the issue is that I want the simulator to show all of the aircraft according to the flightplans for my AI Offline traffic.

I have also noticed, when starting at an airport, the simulator is stil “choosing” which aircraft he will place at a certain parking space.
For this I sometimes see 4 different airplanes in 2 seconds of time when he finally puts one there.
Why not the other at an other parkingspace?

Thank you

Sorry I meant this one:

( this is the free fly by wire live traffic add on, what I understood is that it’s spot on with real life traffic)
