Not getting start box sometimes loading sim

Known issue:

"Start" button sometimes doesn't appear after loading is complete

ISSUE DESCRIPTION Description of the issue: After loading is complete you normally are presented with a “Start” button/tile that you have to press to get into the main menu. Sometimes when loading is complete, that button doesn’t appear and you have to quit and restart. [PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons?
