I applaud the devs for delaying the release for an issue they found. They’re definitely improving their processes now, rather than ship a delay with bugs.
As someone above said I’d take this any day over a half baked release.

Better to delay and release something working than releasing a buggy, broken patch that we have to deal with for 2 weeks before it might get fixed.
Unless of course it takes em 3 weeks to fix

Why does anyone think today Oct 27 will have any patch? It clearly says Oct 29 on the Feedback Snapshot. Today is the USA update… more scenery…not more fixes…whoopee!!

Another Imperial measure I’d want to keep, I suppose after giving the topic a bit of thought, that I’m fairly happy with the hybrid system that the UK currently uses.
I don’t buy this last minute problem, for me it looks like they’ve tried to fix the AP and are having major issues, after all this is complex programming, unfortunately no easy fix.

You’re confusing updates and patches.
Update = Development update / blog
Patch = game update
The updates are on Thursdays. However, since they delayed this patch, it may be on Thursday as well.
This confusing nomenclature is being rectified by Asobo now. They’ll be referring to the ‘update’ as BLOG from now on.
I’d rather wait 3 weeks with a game that mostly works with only minor issues than have to deal with a dumpster fire that doesn’t work for 2 weeks.
