Actually, I suggest you to change DNS.

  1. Open the Network screen by pressing the Xbox button on your controller.
  2. Go to Settings > Network > Network Settings.
  3. Next, go to Advanced Settings > DNS Settings.
  4. Select Manual.
  5. Set Primary DNS and Secondary DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
