Hello All…first I really enjoy the BNT2 Islander. I have a problem on the standard BNT2 (non defender model) that when I land it seems that the thrust reversers come on automatically. It doesn’t do it on the Defender version. I am using the Bravo quadrant and reversers work fine on Defender model
Anyone have any ideas what might be going on ?

they use the same Flight model and Engine setup apart from the aircraft overall dimensions so there should be no difference in controls
Tks for the reply…hmmh…really weird as when I fly the Defender, I land with throttles idle and then can apply reverse. For the Islander I land with throttles at idle, then it goes straight into reverse and stops immediately.
@NightMercury358 About the users that bought the Islander from Marketplace:
Recently JustFlight said that for the Avro RJ there will be a discount if you bought the 146 from the Marketplace. They way it works is by providing a bundle of the 146 + AvroRJ together and then if you already have the 146 you get a discount on the bundle.
Maybe you can ask the guys at MS to see if this is possible for your products?
I will be happy to buy the Turbine Islander but I’m not willing to pay full price again.

Thank you so much for adding TDS GTN-750XI support, I wasn’t going to purchase this at first because of the lack of support for it but I will be doing so when I get home from work tonight. I love the piston powered BN-2 and have owned one since FSX which used the Bendix King KL-90A GPS. After watching some of the flights on YouTube with this plane I really like the sounds that come with it; it’s quite impressive when those turbines are starting up.

I’m the same but the discount they were offering to website customers was only 15% so that would obviously be the same if they used the bundle method. I’m not sure there’s enough difference from the islander and trislanderi already own
The RJ costs $55 for me at the Marketplace at this moment, I can send you a screenshot.
The product is $69 but as I bought the BAE146 I get a 20% discount.

95 pounds is for two planes - discounted rate. Two awesome planes. RJ on its own costs 30 less and is worh every single penny.

Does anybody know if there are lvars or events to activate the igniters and starters for the BN2T? Can’t seem to find them…
I mean on one hand thanks for the almost 50% off on the turbo islander on the marketplace black Friday sale butt I can’t help but feel sorry for Xbox users who bought it on release just 17 days’ ago!!!
