NV low latency ON worth it on medium/low end PC?

Hello,

I have a relatlivley low end GTX970 and a not so fancy CPU. Is low latency ON in nvidia CP worth it? I have tried both on and off and i honestly cant really tell. Anyone else in a similar situation made any findings?

From my understanding it seems that most people who benefit from this usually have pretty good hardware and are not CPU limited.

I’m running an 2060super and there is no difference with on or off on my system.
