i can do those resolutions on my pc in the games that support the standard mode on my 2080 Ti (it could even do it on my 1050Ti a few years ago(before i got my 2080ti), it does it by dividing up the scene into sections then it makes that area the full size and screenshots it and after it takes a few thousand of these (on my monitor) it stitches them together
