What does everyone have their refresh rate set to on the Nvdia control panel? I have a 60hz 4K TV and for some reason when I set the NCP to 60 refresh I get more stutters (as compared to setting it at 29) when panning around the cabin. I’m on an RTX 3080 and have VSYNC on and FPS locked to 60 in game. What is the recommended refresh rate for a setup like mine?

Have you tried turning off VSync? I messed around with those settings and found I had more stuttering/lag with VSync on. I also changed my Nvidia card back to 60hz, which is native refresh for my 4k TV. Also removed any frame rate limiters, flew smoother.
Forget chasing raw numbers. If 30 looks better to you, use 30, and don’t get all caught up in the “I’ve got a 3080 and should be getting better than that” hype. But I would definitely try @PIC4506’s advice, and give it a shot with it turned off completely, as well, before you make any final decision.
