I have a 10900K CPU and an RTX 3090. I tried the 465.89 driver today because of all the praise it has been getting from other 30 series users. I must be an outlier. I was experiencing CTDs with HAGS on and off with the 465.89 driver. I went back to 457.30 and not one issue.
