Nvidia driver Adaptive sync flickering

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, since updating the Nvidea drivers from 54X.XX, I have had severe problems with flickering, especially at night. When you deactivate Adaptive sync, the flickering goes away.
I once removed the driver cleanly using the DDU tool and added driver 528.XX. The flickering is literally gone.
Does somebody have the same problems? I would hate to turn off Adaptve Sync permanently. Does anyone else have any tips on what to do about it?

My monitor is a 45 inch UltraGear™ Curved OLED monitor
Asus RTX 4080 TUF graphics card
Nvidea driver 546.17
DX12 is used in MFS

DX12 + bloom gives me flashes
