I have seen this once before ,
Its caused by a mismatch in versions , the files are news in the the onestore folder and the application is older
To resolve the issue is to update the application from the XBOX app , but make sure all your applications are up to date , Microsoft store and windows etc . .

Did you recently revert from the Sim Update 11 beta to the latest public build?

i did for testing becuase my t.rudder backs out my throttle on my 3d pro, so i was doing some testing.
Then that is your issue — that world map anomaly is a result of the reverting to SU10 from the SU11 beta.
