I think it’ll be worth a try by forcing resizable BAR on using Nvidia inspector. In theory it should help with situations where you run out of VRAM and it starts swapping data in and out. This is unfortunately a regular occurrence when flying near cities at 4k with a 3080 (only 10GB).
