OBS - Settings for recording in VR (with a 4090)

Hey all,

If you have a 4090 card, may I ask you what OBS settings are you using?

I need to record, not to stream.

I’m using NVIDIA NVENC AV1 as encoder.
And CQP for the Rate Control.
Preset P1, fastest.
FPS: 60.

The recorded video is then uploaded to YT. At the time being, I’m using 2560x1440 to record (canvas, output), and I get the same final resolution on YT.

With all of the above, while recording I get some stuttering.

Any ideas about how to improve things? Going down to 1920x1080 @ 30 FPS, maybe?
