No, with a caveat.
Most, if not all, of your current aircraft should work just fine when imported into the new sim.
Some third party aircraft (such as PMDG, etc.) may charge a fee to update them to the new sim’s standards.
Any aircraft that you have that were developed by, or for MS/Asobo (such as those you mentioned) will be updated free of charge.
You will not lose those you already own.
