Oculus Quest 2: No sound in the headset - but only with MSFS

Could someone tell me what the solution is when I get no sounds in my headset (OQ2), please?

This is only happening with MSFS so it would appear to be a MSFS issue rather than a Windows issue.

Thanks for any pointers.

With my CV1 I always manually select the headset audio output bottom right in Windows tray, before launching the Sim. Are you also on Public testing Chanel with Oculus? The Beta tab. I just read another person saying they had the same problem with the OQ2 and it’s fixed with new Oculus beta version:

Strange as it may seem, I still have this issue.

As it stands, if I use MSFS not all of the sounds come from the headset. I can cure this by manually switching sounds to the headset using the Windows sounds settings, but I have to change them back again manually afterwards.

I’m sure there’s a simple solution but still haven’t resolved this yet.

Can anyone assist, please?

appears to be the standard normal. Beta or not, I switch the audio before launching MSFS
