Do you have idea how to create profile for OTT for MSFS.
Its a problem to show the path for exe (standalone version of MSFS from MS Store), see this:
I tried several options to give permissions, but it doesn’t work (Windows 10). It would be nice to have separate settings in OTT for MSFS (now Im using global settings in OTT and it works).
Not sure why this happened mate? I’ve used OTT with both win10/11 and it worked fine. However, this is with the Steam Version of msfs2020. You need administrative privileges to properly run OTT to begin with so maybe right click on your OTT shortcut/properties and check that this is the case. Otherwise, sorry but I’m not sure what to do?
For OTT msfs profile I use SS = 1.2x (improves dlss/balanced cockpit clarity) and ASW = 45fps forced (actually 1/2 your refresh rate withhout asw). I also set the cpu priority to high but I’m not sure that makes any difference. Rest defaults and gpu scaling = off.

Thx, but this is difference. MSFS from MS Store doesn’t allow to use FlightSimulator.exe file, no issue for Steam version what I see:
“Unfortunately you can’t create a game profile in OTT for the Microsoft Store version of FS as it has protection that prevents access but the Steam version apparently should allow this. So for the MS Store version, just leave OTT open without a profile …”
The profile is quite important to me because I use different settings in different simulators.
However, now I did this, I showed and created a profile for the gamelaunchhelper.exe file, which is in the same directory as FlightSimulator.exe (Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe folder), I noticed that the profile path in OTT can be … changed manually, so at the end I edited the end of the name gamelaunchhelper.exe to FlightSimulator.exe. I wonder if it works, I’ll check it soon.
Always a workaround if you try hard enough I guess, lol! Good luck with that mate. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without OTT. Maybe one day ODT will allow for game profiles, who knows?
Tested with “manual” entry but it doesnt work. But I had another idea, always when I run MSFS FSRealistic starts automatically, so I connected the profile to his exe and voila! It works!
The OTT profile loads and MSFS sees it :).
