When in-cockpit on the ramp and I move the yoke in or out, the view moves with it - would that indicate lack of motion tracking, maybe too dark?
It usually stops after a minute or so or if i move my head left/right a good amount.
Don’t think I have experienced or heard of that before. The cockpit moving with your head yes and that is normally a tracking issue.
Personally I would…
- Clear the WMR environment data.
- Reset the centre view of the headset (really after clearing the environment data).
- Failing that make sure there is sufficient light in the room.
Yes thats the one - my error in poor description, the cockpit is moving with the yoke.
I’ll apply the fixes mentioned, it might just be to dark as the sun went in just as i started the session.
I don’t suppose there is a way we can view the tracking light-point map ? Probably not.
It seems to be the LCD display on my VF1 yoke - cover it up and the issue goes away
