Odd issues with FBW A320 could use some help

First… What’s the recommended version to run? I was using DEV but others recommended Experimental and I’ve been running that recently.

Second… I’m having a lot of issues with flight setup on the FMC which I never had before. Not sure if it’s a bug or pilot error. I load in the flight plan from simbreif with no issues. But when setting up my departure path and runway in the FMC I’m getting flight discontinuity messages. Attempting to cleanup those discontinuities seems to only make matters worse. Any ideas? Is my out of date AIRAC in simbrief an issue? It’s just odd, as it was always seamless before.

Discontinuity is now per default there. Just select CLR and clear the entry, it connects automatically then

Thats the odd thing it doesn’t clear and connect them. as expected. I’ll give it another try, but last night it would not.

If you have a MANUAL leg in the F-PLN, the FMS will never sequence it automatically and you cannot clear the discontinuity in most cases. You have to DIRECT TO a downstream waypoint to get past it.
