24.09 FLIGHT DETAILS
Get that sunscreen and those sun glasses ready because we’re going to the Sunshine State for some scenic flying!
We’ll start at Key West International Airport and fly along the Overseas Highway (US 1).
At Islamorada we will make a left turn and make our way to the beautiful Everglades. Be on the lookout for alligators!
After spending some time there, we’ll continue the flight along the shoreline towards Key Largo and Ocean Reef Club. Continuing on, the route will take us to Miami where we will do a bit of scenic flying and celebrity spotting, make sure to bring your camera!
For the final leg of the flight, we’ll follow the coastline all the way up north until we reach our destination airport: Fort Lauderdale Executive.
For this flight we will be using an XCub. Please load your aircraft 15 minutes prior to take off and taxi over to the taxiway or parking.
Around 5 minutes prior to take off begin taxiing to the active runway (will be announced). We will do a parallel start and after that start departing to the east.
We will use live weather.

To communicate with others, a voice channel on the "Official Microsoft Flight Simulator Discord” at https://discord.gg/msfs will be available to join.
It is advised in this flight to turn off both aircraft collisions and terrain collisions. If you do crash, you can use “slew” mode to join the pack. If the pack will be too scattered before the first stop, we will use slew on a defined point to regroup.
