Maybe you need to download an update for it? If you purchased it via the Marketplace, check Content Manager to see if there’s an update pending for it. Or check Orbx Direct or whatever other store you might have purchased it from. Sometimes I get no notification that an add-on was updated and I usually have to check manually.
