So it’s closed now, I never saw it and have been at it all morning. Still don’t see it.
But do you have Gamepass or MS Sore MSFS only?
I think that just means it is “CLOSED” beta test… rather than available to all… not that it is closed closed… In any case I see nothing

Can confirm this. Got Gamepass ultimate and it immediately showed up in the insider hub and it’s still open to join. Guess we found the problem

Oh God so that’s confirmed, they made a mistake a made Gold membership mandatory to all, not only Xbox players.
Oh well, I’m not gonna pay for a beta, matter of principle

It’s a closed beta but there is still available spots… I was trying to get in this morning but I own the steam version… so I activated Game Pass Ultimate for 1$ (which I already cancelled) and it worked right after I installed the game.
If Gold is required, it can explain why with GamePass Ultimate you have access: Gold is include in GPU

I’ve been in every beta except the last one using this method.
I think I have 3 fake microsoft accounts for the 1$ deal. I don’t feel bad since I’ve bought the premium deluxe (on steam) and a huge amount of 3rd party content.

The fix is now live. Thanks for confirming you can see it now!
And an update: The Reno Preview is a separate build and a cut-down version of the sim that is about 25GB. Technically, Steam users can sign up as it isn’t required to own the MS Store version.

Yup, it works now. I just had to close the Xbox Insider App and open it again.
