I understand a lack of fluidity with LOW fps, but even with fairly high fps (45) my sim seems to stutter/pause/glitch (whatever you want to call it) about once a second. VR flying only 7700k oc’d to 4.7, 3080ti, 32mb ram LOD 75 SCALING 100% Nothing set to Ultra

Does it occur with an almost constant spinning white circle in the bottom right corner of screen?
