I recall during a stream they had mentioned Mt.Blanc, yet today I was disappointed that nothing was done to this valley, not even the iconic station on Aiguille du Midi.
Will it be added in the future when the rest of the Alps are updated? and hopefully correct elevation in the valley itself + POI’s

I’ve just flown around Lyon for the moment and many POI have been added. And i thought I seen the aiguille du midi somewhere during the update.
nope, they remade Mont Aiguille and added the observatory on Pic du Midi de Bigorre , which is a different peak and nowhere close. I did download everything btw have all the other POI’s

As you, I don’t understand why the Sation "Aiguille du Midi " has not included in the UW4 !
You may be pleased to know that sombody called AdrienL has build a free addon of all the valley. Search Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Valley on free addon sites.
But the addon has been released at the beginning of this month, before the UW4 and now it need to be patched.
Yes, it’s really a shame to miss such a famous and beautiful place.

As with the rest of the French Alps Mont Blanc does look a lot better after the latest update, purely because of the better quality DEM data for the area. Its still not perfect but its a lot better than it was. It definitely all looks a lot more dramatic now.
I’ve no idea why they didn’t include the Aiguille du Midi as POI. I would have thought it would have been an obvious inclusion. Maybe they decided it wasn’t big enough or something? Who knows…
