This seems like it has to be a regional or ISP related issue. I waited until Nov. 24th to buy FS 2024, and I had no issues at all with downloading, installing, or getting started. Currently, my average load time is about 3~4 minutes. (Actually, I just timed it, and it took 2m:55s to load.) I’m in Missouri, USA, and I connect to the east coast server with a 1Gbit Google fiber connection.
