Same here. The only way I’ve managed to work around it is by uninstalling the game, and then launching it immediately (+syncing the PC’s clock) after the reinstall has completed. (It’s a massive shame as it puts me off playing it).
Btw, where are you from roughly? Two of us on here are having the same problem from France so if it’s a Europe only problem it might help them close in on the problem.
