ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Online ATC does not prompt player to switch to departure frequency during IFR - neither text box nor audio prompt is provided. The only clue that it happened is the choices to Switch Frequency appear in the Text Box.
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
All stock and FS2020 migrated planes.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Consistently every flight.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Create any IFR plan and load into EFB (I have attached one where the defect occurs consistently)
- Load into the plane Cold & Dark and proceed to take-off phase.
- Take-off, keeping the ATC Window open.
- Note that when player is high enough and outside of immediate tower control, you should expect to get a text and audio prompt to switch from Tower to Departure.
- The text prompt is black - you can see this in the window and the audio prompt never happens. The indication that it occurred is the choices that appear in the ATC window to switch frequencies.
