The default airport works for taxiing, takeoffs, and landings, both with and without FSLTL. When I use the addon, there is no taxiing and takeoffs, whether I use FSLTL or not. It must be a problem like you said first with the taxiways of the addon. Other airports have takeoffs as normal.
