You need to be a little more clear in your descriptions. I don’t mean to be mean, but if you submitted these descriptions to Asobo they would reject your bug report because it doesn’t make sense. You need to be crystal clear about what’s going on.

In one you say they do taxi, in the other you say they don’t. It matters. I assume what you mean is there is no taxiing FROM parking spots, but they do taxi TO them. You have not answered my question if planes appear at Parking spots, and they are just not moving/taxiing to the runway. I assume they are, but you’ve said nothing on this subject.

It looks like there is a combination of Gate parking and GA parking? Do any of the spots populate with planes that just don’t drive away? Have you waited long enough for it to happen? It can take a long time for planes to decide they want to leave, I don’t know the parameters behind that. Do the spots work if FSTL is not installed? IOW with stock AI planes?

I don’t have any experience creating Gate parking spots, it may be there are other things that need to be populated in the spots for them to be able to release planes, or maybe other variables that need to be set. I have seen ground crew work at my parking spots occasionally and then planes drive off and take off. For GA planes, I’ve never turned on the flags, so I don’t know if the ones that show up on the airport that eventually take off are AI or real people. Either way, it’s a pretty rare occurrence and I have lots of spots on my airports. But, it’s been many versions of MSFS since I’ve watched traffic on my airports and there have been quite a few changes to AI since then.

Do any of your addons have Living World config or Airport files? If those aren’t written properly, they can have effects as well.

Have you tried emptying your Community directory and just loading this one and see what happens?

Anyway, there’s a lot of things that can happen. But, I would check the Hold Short nodes first, make sure they are associated with the taxiway they are at and not just sitting there in space (select the item and see if their taxiway node is attached to the adjoining taxipaths).
