ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
When I try to contact my destination airport to announce my landing, as landing runway I can only select “Heliport 01” when i first select the airport and then manually tune to the shown frequency, even if there isn’t a heliport at that airport. If I then go back to the airport selection list and select the same airport again or let the radio tune by automatic in the first place, I get the correct list of runways.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Open ATC communication dialog while in flight
- Select any airport from list of nearest airports
- Do not click the button for tuning to the frequency, just note the shown frequency and tune radio by hand
- Dialog automatically advances to next step
- Select “Choose runway for landing”
- Get only “Heliport 01” in list, but no actual runways
- Select “Back”
- Select airport again and choose runway for landing
- Get correct runway list
