100% reproducable, but have to add that this does not only happens when using the charts through ingame EFB it also happens if you try to open the charts for example on the OIS of the A350
When you switch it to Navigraph Charts it works like a charm.

Yes, this is because it is an issue in the sim charts API itself. As mentioned above we have logged the issue and will issue a fix in a future SU3 build.

Well it will only be common for the subset of simmers that use the inbuilt (lido) charts. Yesterday was the first time I had tried to use them as, up until last week, I used Navigraph,
I can confirm this is happening to me as well regardless of the airport / aircraft selection… once i open the efb to view any chart it causes a CTD.. hoping this bug will be fixed asap.,

I have the same issue…
I’ve been a Beta user for some time now and never really experienced issues where the Sim would CTD until I installed the latest update on 17th May 2025 (been speaking to the MSFS zendesk who have been replying daily however unfortunately only found out today 20/05 , I was reporting on the wrong forum…)
So… The CTDs would mainly happen every time I am loaded into the sim on the ground, transferred my flight plan to the MFD from the EFB (which will show the FP in light blue on MFD) however as soon as I click “Activate” the Sim would CTD with no warning or codes, completely back to my Desktop. After the first CTD I tried again several times and it would CTD each time at the same stage as above. During one of the attempts to star a flight the CTD happened whilst I was in the EFB trying to look at the Charts for my flight plan EGNX-EGHJ, this was before I was even loaded into the Sim at the departure airport.
It would appear that the issue is with accessing the navigation pages. The Cessna Citation Longitude and Beechcraft King Air 350i will both CTD when clicking “Charts” or anything related to charts on the MFDs.
Aircraft which had CTD on 1.5.1.0 so far are:
• Pilatus PC-12
• Cessna Citation Longitude
• Beechcraft King Air 350i
Done a clean re-install of 1.5.1.0 and removed all 3rd party software (empty “Community” folder) and the CTDs happen at the stage each time.
For now I’ve re-installed 1.4.20.1 which works but not Beta 03…
I have multiple AsoboReport-Crash reports if the developers are interested in looking at these?
Why do you keep reporting the issue when the development team confirmed they were able to reproduce the problem and confirmed they will fix it in upcoming beta updates 4 days ago?

This appears to be fixed in in tonight’s update
Issue is fixed in 1.5.2.0, thanks to the devs for the quick fix. 
I have nothing to say except that I love the Gamertag. Long live the Mycon.

Yes seems fixed for me too, SU3 1.5.2 beta Win11 Steam. Opened several charts without issues in main menu and in flight.
Version 1.5.3.0, EFB indeed still does CTD. Issue is not fix. Tks.
RTX 4090, NVIDIA 576.52.
It is working for me when accessing them via the GTCs in the Longitude, but I haven’t tried from the tablet in the most recent build.
I’m still experiecing this issue in 1.5.4. on PC Win11
