Are you in the UK and did you get prompted to give your consent to send anything about your usage of FS2020?
If not, either they don’t send anything, or none of the people under the GDPR umbrella are contributing to fill their bug reporting database Sebastian was talking about. If this is true, then let’s just hope you won’t get any bug with any European airports, database, Bing, servers, etc… otherwise it might never be solved!
