I am having the same exact issue with Flight Sim on Steam. Can anyone help?

I had tried but It’s really confusing and I have steam. Please help. I noticed that the options menu doesn’t work, nor does the world map as it is green. I have noticed also that I can’t find my fs-base package.
My files are missing for steam. As soon as I had installed a WD_Black 2TB SSD nothing was wrong until just yesterday. I had to reset my computer due to Bluetooth issues and now ever since it was completely updated again I can’t play Flight Sim on Steam.

If the workaround isn’t working for you, you may need to do a clean uninstall and then reinstall of MSFS.
However, if you do not want to do this just yet, you may try contacting official support via Zendesk.
I have tried reinstalled 3 different times and it still is the same. I have Steam Cloud on and I even turned it off because I noticed that my download size for Flight Sim on Steam is only 1.99 GB when downloading. Then I am able to go to the main screen of Flight Sim but I get 3 greyed out boxes (World Map, Training and some other one). As well as my plane is pink in certain spots.
I’m not familiar with Steam Cloud.
The issues you are experiencing is generally caused by corrupt or missing MSFS related files on your device.
