I wonder if this is bug or should p-51D’s (manowar) radio and nav knobs work so, that when 9 is displayed, it is usually interpreted as 0 (zero) by user interface?
Somehow the behaviour of numbers in whole seems weird.

Behaviour is same when instead of virtual cockpit knob, the keyboard shortcuts is used.
In current state, it is quite unclear if frequency is set properly or not.
