I’ve been trying this a week, but no matter what I cannot download the addon, always says package failed.
Has anyone got a solution other than waiting, which I’ve already done for the last week.
Also note, I raised a support ticket to this, but got fobbed off with an auto reply assuming I was having issues downloading the entire game, not the addon…
Just a quick comment. If you purchased via the MSFS Marketplace, please file a ticket with Zendesk under the “Marketplace Content - Questions & Issues” category. If you purchased direct from Orbx, contact their support channel.
OK, I’ve submitted another ticket under marketplace rather than my previous ticket of download and installation issues (which I thought was more relevant).
Whoever runs Zendesk - If you select ‘Windows store’ it still asks for a Steam tag as a mandatory field.
I have already submitted a ticket for the same problem. Had a reply asking me to delete the partial downloaded files from the official/onestore folder then try and download my store purchases again, all of which had the Package failed error. yet again. At supports request, I sent screenshots of this folder and of the error message, but despite sending this reply to them twice I am still waiting to receive their reply with the solution.
