Quite happy with FS2020 but just realised I only have the standard edition aircraft/airports but I paid for and downloaded the premium deluxe edition. Just checked my bank account and ms store to check that I did pay for the top product.
Any ideas on how to get this sorted? I did call Microsoft but never got out of endless loop of press 1 for this 2 for that.

Thanks, solved very quickly.
It turned out I was using a different login for Microsoft Store and FS2020. By using the same the missing content was available and downloaded ok.
