@Hahael you have 2 informations because there are 2 different things there:

105.2102.11004 is the Windows Mixed Reality Runtime that you are using (it’s a previous version)
106.2104.15001.0 is the OpenXR Developers Tool you are using (current version)

I suggest you go to Windows Store and update the runtime and/or select Use latest Preview OpenXR Runtime = on in the Developer Settings tab in the OpenXR Developers tool

my latest versions are as follows
105.2104.13002 Windows Mixed Reality Runtime (Use latest Preview OpenXR Runtime = off)
106.2104.15001 Windows Mixed Reality Runtime (Use latest Preview OpenXR Runtime = on)
106.2104.15001.0 OpenXR Developers Tool

Make sure to keep your system up to date.

Apps and services such as Gaming Services and the Xbox app are constantly updated. To make sure your system is up to date before installing a new patch:

1. Open the Microsoft Store app

2. Click on the 3 dots menu in the top right corner of the screen

3. In the drop-down menu, select Download and updates

4. Click on Get updates

5. If you installed numerous updates, make sure to reboot your PC.
