I downloaded the Boeing 737 MAX from the Marketplace, but it only partiallly downloaded (440 mb). It downloaded enought to show up in the Content Manager and I keep getting the error message package failed. I’ve tried numerous time to redownload it from the Marketplace, but the same thing happens each time. How do I resolve this, who do I contact?

i think you need to delete it now first and then try again.
