Same problem here with the 737 max missions (as employee).
mission orders gets confused on ground already before/ at taxi (IFR clearance). Only way out is teleporting to takeoff position, which kind of resets the orders and you can proceed
during a „star“ mission in Dubai, it started as complete mess on the ground, some error about passengers. Mission immediately failed

• Yes

• Clear Community Folder so that isn’t the problem. After requesting IFR clearance no further ATC/Mission steps. Only option (and I waited 30 minutes) is to skip to taxi which results in “you sere not cleared to take-off” and mission failure. Can’t get the company set up as I can’t pass this qualifying mission… 737 works fine in free flight so it seems it is just the mission that is bugged…
It doesn’t happen all the time but it happens more often than not. I suspect this thread will be more active when more simmers can afford the Saab or the 737.
Another Asobo unfinished feature, I suspect the super heavy cert is locked for this very bug
You can now do missions with the 737 max as long as you don’t skip to taxi but the amount of time you have to wait for boarding can be insane. I’ve waited as long as an entire hour for boarding. I’m not sure why it’s setup this way. It makes no sense and it’s very frustrating and a waste of time. I’m currently on the second try of this mission of which I waited an entire hour to board then finally was able to begin taxing and the game crashed at takeoff so here I am trying it again and I’ve been waiting another 40 minutes for boarding
I have seen people say that if you look at the jetway the boarding goes much faster. I personally have had boarding complete sometimes in less than a minute. I don’t know if you have to be in the cockpit view when you look at the jetway.
Yes that sometimes works but not always. I’ve noticed it sometimes goes faster if I look at the jetway from the cockpit view but it doesn’t always work. Update on last post, I finally finished boarding and started the mission. Once I got to the landing portion, I noticed it wanted me to land on a helipad on a 737. I had this great idea of maybe landing on a field next to the helipad and it might just give me a penalty for not landing in the right area but it gave me a crash message as soon as I touched down and had a 20 mil repair bill for flight controls damage. Yup, done playing MSFS for the night.
I was wondering why do I always get 75% for Airline procedures and I tried an experiment: upon arrival to the gate I set parking brakes but instead of engines stopping I requested baggage discharge and passengers disembarkation. Big mistake. It bugged (surprise, yeah?) and stop engines step disappeared and I was unable to complete the mission. Alt+F4. Enough for today.
You can select ground services → stop passenger boarding on the coms. Then it will consider that the passengers are boarded.
Do first as the mission says, start passenger boarding, then baggage, then catering, then IFR, then wait till its saying luggage complete and then you can do the stop passenger boarding in the ground services coms. Then you can request pushback, get ignition clearance and its good to go.
Check (pc, ms-store) folder:
…Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\StreamedPackages\fs-base-nav\content
most probably it is empty.
there should have been file minimal.fsarchive of abt 150MB (151 436 KB).
If it is not there, get one from your friend with MSFS24, I did and restarted the game - all fine now, and in particular:
EFB mission amendments for ATC now work
ATC is now back with IFR and works
I was now able to follow 1st mission steps on 737Max VIP, ie request ATC pax boarding, bags loading and catering. All is ok now!

• Yes, but issue seemed most significant at BIKF where the plane stopped loading passengers at 88%. I tried to skip to taxi and immediately failed the mission.
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• If I skip to taxi the mission fails as the passengers haven’t all boarded yet.

I completed 1 VIP airliner flight once I got the Airliner certification and have been trying ever since to complete at least one Airliner passenger mission but I can’t get past the mission preview window because I can’t select the Start Mission button, from this point pretty much every function freezes, can’t open the EFB, can’t go back to main menu, can’t start the mission…only way to get out of this window is to restart the XBox series x console. SO FRUSTRATING! When the Sim works, it’s a wonder and when it doesn’t work it’s always to the other side of the spectrum. Airliner missions with the Boeing 737 Max still not working for me.
The few times that I had been able to get passed the mission summary page I noted that passenger took a significant about of time to board, I thought wow, this is realistic but this part just eats away at your time that you could actually be flying the plane. Requesting ATC clearance always freezes and then you restart the console again!!!
2 things one should be very careful with; other people’s money and other people’s food. To this I’m adding my Sim setup. If it’s working, leave it alone, Sim setup and working order is very personal! Lol
As for the Saab 340 crashing with broken gear at mission start, what seems “to work” for me is to enter the cockpit [Shift+C] and do aboslutely nothing for 20-30secs until the auto-start kicks in, don’t hit any buttons, keys or switches. As soon as I try to do some setups, like switching on the seatbelt and no smoking signs and some such, it seems I run a high risk of the gear collapsing in the autostart sequence…
I actually would love to completely disable the Saab autostart, and configure it properly from cold’n’dark, esp. as the autostart also gives you the plane in some “funky” setup, like with running engines while the condition levers are in cut-off position; and when you move the condition levers into the start position the engines spool down and you anyway have to execute the start procedure.
Or you move the condition levers to MAX in one quick move to prevent the engines from spooling down…
